Travel back in time to the Cretaceous period where the coolest of dinosaurs existed. In this class we will sculpt some of those creatures and also visit the Sam Noble Museum of Natural History to experience first hand some of these animanls. This trip will take place on the first class meeting.

ART - NOT JUST A 2-DIMENSIONAL AFFAIR 7-9 yrs old
Wednesdays, Sept. 16 - Nov. 4 4:00-5:15 PM
Many famous master artists not only worked in two dimensions on paper and canvas but also expanded their repertoire which included three dimensions with various sculptures. In this course of lessons students will be encouraged to look at the exciting, colorful world of Nikki St. Phalle and to compare this with the more subdued, but no less interesting, work of Joan Miro and David Smith.
